RTL Equipment ships parts from our locations in Iowa and Minnesota. We work with several carriers so we can choose the best option for each order based on the part, its size and weight, and where it's going.
Carriers and shipping options
- We ship with major carriers including UPS and FedEx, with ground, express and overnight services available at checkout.
- International orders ship with carriers such as DHL Express and USPS to the countries offered at checkout.
- Large or heavy items may ship by freight. If an order needs freight, we will contact you about options.
Shipping costs
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the carrier and service you choose, the weight of your order and the delivery address. You will see the full cost before you pay.
- Items marked Free Shipping ship free within the contiguous United States.
Processing and delivery times
- Most in-stock orders ship quickly, typically within one business day.
- Delivery time depends on the carrier and service selected. Estimates shown at checkout are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
- Tracking information is emailed once your order ships.
Local pickup
Pickup is available at select RTL Equipment locations for eligible items. Choose pickup at checkout, and we will let you know when your order is ready.
